Most agencies need a clear brief. We love it if we get one but we don’t expect it because many of our clients are investing in marketing communications for the first time; they are not always clear what they need because they don’t know what they don’t know! We can help you work this out and find cost-effective solutions. We will give you our recommendations based on ‘must haves’ and ‘nice to haves’.
Some of our clients need a complete turnaround of their marketing communications, from rebranding and refreshing their website to reviewing their approach to external communications to support sales. Others want a fresh perspective on their messaging, to reflect changes in the market. Often we start with a communications audit.
If you don’t have a budget, we can advise you on what you should set aside. Our recommendations will be based on a number of factors, including turnover, growth aspirations, the current state of your marketing collateral and resource. Our mission is to help you get where you want to go in the most cost-effective way.
We will consider your existing resource, to establish what can be delivered in-house. If there is scope for building capacity we are open to developing your staff so they can continue what we have started.
If there are elements of the brief we can’t deliver, we will try to signpost you to someone who can. Equally, if you have trusted suppliers on board to deliver elements of your communications function, we are more than happy to work with them.
