Helicon Health is a digital healthcare company with a unique package of services to improve outcomes for patients with long-term conditions such as atrial fibrillation and heart failure.
The company was spun out from UCL Business. It is revenue generating and its customer base is growing through referral and recommendation. The first product – HeliconHeart – complies with recently published NICE guidelines on atrial fibrillation.
Shortly after the company was established, the Senior Management Team approached Marcie Bell to steer healthcare communications because they had first hand experience of the work she had done for other young companies and liked the flexibility offered by the multi-skilled team of Associates that Marcie works alongside.
What we did
- We created a brand identity with a framework for a hierarchy of sub-brands
- We developed messaging and tailored this for different audience segments
- We designed and developed a fully content managed website
- We wrote, edited and optimised the web copy
- We wrote and produced an 8pp sales brochure
The work was critical for Helicon’s early stage development, particularly the messaging. The website and sales brochure have attracted good feedback. Both have proved to be useful tools to support lead generation.
We very much enjoy working with Marcie and her team, and are delighted with the results. At an early stage of the company’s development, they have helped articulate clear messages and produced a fantastic logo and website, giving the company a much more established presence. Marcie is superb at challenging our assumptions and nudging us forward – so we have iterated our communications making the messages and our benefits even clearer.
