Marcie Bell MCIPR is an experienced consultant with extensive working knowledge of B2B, corporate and consumer communications, gained over her 20 year career to date. She began her career in financial PR in London before moving to Scotland where she became PR manager for a leading whisky firm. She later returned to agency PR and worked with clients across a wide range of sectors from drinks to tourism/leisure, aviation and banking. She re-located to Cambridge in 1998 and now runs The Foundry House®, developing and implementing communication strategies for clients in both the private and public sector. Projects Marcie has personally managed include 'running the gauntlet', the East of England Development Agency's investment competition with learning programme for entrepreneurs which won a national CIPR Award for B2B communications in 2006 and a Gold Award for Business & Trade (regional) pending the national Awards later in 2009. Marcie is a non-executive director of the MIT Enterprise Forum UK and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
