Marcie will work closely (albeit part time) with you and your team to develop and implement an integrated and strategic marketing communications plan with a fully scoped budget, aligned with current/projected revenue. She has worked with a wide range of businesses, particularly those in growth mode, and has an strong grasp of commercial reality. If additional capacity or specialist skills are needed, Marcie draws on her associates for support. Her mission is to ensure cost-effective, joined up communications. For companies wishing to develop in-house capacity, she will mentor a member of staff to equip them with the skills needed to continue what she has started.
