Planning is at the heart of all successful projects. From research and consultation to recruitment, budgeting and the development of a critical path, there is no room for compromise here.
Once budgets and goals are agreed, the scope of the project and communications campaign can be defined and decisions made on the most cost-effective means of targeting your audience(s). Whatever tools you use, from PR/media relations to advertising, all activity is part of a jigsaw which needs a timeline. Projects are by the nature deadline driven - you can’t start planning too soon!
