Engaging communities in cutting carbon

We conducted initial research for our client to establish the feasibility of delivering a regional project aimed at helping communities identify ways to reduce their carbon footprint and access funding.  A key challenge was to ensure the client’s plan offered added value in what is a crowded sector.

We researched the provision of services to communities as a means of identifying gaps and then approached partner organisations to explore opportunities for collaboration. 

Having established the case, we developed the framework for the project and helped our client secure support from stakeholders.  We also approached sponsors and panellists and worked with our client and partners to define the judging process for the funding competition.
